The Civil Society Support Program (CSSP) is a non-governmental organization that aims for socio-economic transformation of citizen’s and institutions through organizing, educating, engaging, and empowering communities and public institutions for a prosperous and health society. Since its inception in 2025, CSSP has focused on youth development, social cohesion, education, gender equality, livelihood, climate change and localized humanitarian response as its key focus areas. The CSSP has successfully reached 126,803 direct beneficiaries (52% comprised of women and girls) through 35 development projects successfully implemented in different district across Pakistan. The approach of CSS has been to play the role of catalyst in the development process and bridging the gap between communities and public institutions.

Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO) is a not-for-profit, non-governmental, rights and responsibilities-based organization registered under the Section 42 of Companies Act 2017 of Pakistan serving to improve the well-being of communities and citizens of Pakistan by creating their awareness of the basic rights and ensuring their access to those rights. SPO envisions ‘a democratic, socially just and ecologically sustainable society’ with a mission to support and strengthen disadvantaged communities and public interest institutions for resilient development. SPO is currently serving in more than 80 districts across the country in sectors of health, education, sustainable livelihood, climate change, digital knowledge and cultural & tourism promotion.

Management & Development Foundation (MDF), a non-political, non-profit making and non-governmental organization (NGO) recognized at the national level. Management & Development Foundation (MDF) provides quality and standardized services to the marginalized and deprived community of Rural and Remote areas of Sindh. MDF strategy is village based, people-centered, action-oriented, self-reliant, environmentally sustainable integrated agricultural and rural development programme to alleviate poverty and to improve the quality of life of the rural poor. MDF development initiated its journey from a small initiative, launched in concerned about depleting sources of livelihood and employment, increasing poverty and social deprivation in rural Sindh and propelled by its own vision of sustainable, equitable and just society, objective of providing integrated services to the most deprived communities in difficult to reach areas

HANDS was established by Professor A.G Biloo (Sitara-e-Imtiaz) in 1979. Over the past 44 years, HANDS has developed into on of the largest non- profit organisation in the nation. In the preceding year, our initiative have positively impacted 9.1 million individuals. Additionally, our Health ,Education, livelihood ,WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), PI&T (Physical Infrastructure & Technology) and inclusive Development & Disaster Management Departments are readily accessible to 36.7 million people. Our extensive network, comprising over 11,500 personnel across Pakistan, is overseen by 36 branches offices. This workforce is complemented by numerous voluntary contributors who assist us in achieving our mission of enhancing the quality of life for all

DevCon – An Association for Rural Development; registered in 1997 under Societies Act 1860 as a not for profit non government organization (NGO). DevCon’s Mission is to “empower the socially excluded through awareness-building, education and providing them the opportunity to exercise their basic rights through enhancement of their participation and representation in the social, economic, and political arena.” Education was the first progamme them DevCon started working at. Eventually, in 2010 DevCon emerged as multi-sectoral right based organization in Sindh. Since then, DevCon is working on major programme themes i-e Education, Health, Child Protection, Economic Empowerment, Governance and Emergencies in Sindh

Established in 1991, Goth Seengar Foundation (GSF) is a not for profit registered organization. GSF is registered with Government of Sindh under Societies Registration Act of 1860 on 29 Dec 1998 with registration number: SK 1400 of 1998-99. GSF envisions a society in which all citizens, irrespective of their gender, class, religion or sect, have equal opportunity for growth, and participation in local and national affairs. The organization aims at empowerment of the marginalized communities and supports the process of their poverty alleviation through direct interventions and advocacy

SPARC works on a broad range of child rights issues, addressing the overall system and policy framework, with added focus on specific thematic areas of special importance to children. SPARC’s work is guided by international human rights principles and standards which are integrated at policy and program level. The main guiding documents include the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) and relevant ILO Conventions. SPARC has consultative status with the United Nations ECOSOC (Economic and Social Council) and the United Nations Department of Public Information

Sami Foundation is a non-profit organization registered with social welfare department since 1993 working for development, promotion, and protection of the rights of the people of Sindh province for more almost three decades in the sector of Water & Sanitation, Education, Health, Agriculture, Food Security, Livelihood, Emergency Response and DRR. The organization has on its credit program partnership with NCA, UNICEF, UNDP, USAID-GEP, USAID-SGAFP, Pak-Italian Debt for Development Swap Agreement (PIDSA) Concern Worldwide RAPID FUND, Concern Worldwide, CIDA, SPO, ActionAid Pakistan, AHAN, and TVO

The Indus Consortium for Humanitarian, Environment, and Development Initiative is an umbrella of 64 civil society organizations in Pakistan and is registered with the Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under section 42 of the companies’ ordinance of Pakistan. The key objective for the establishment of the consortium is to promote the idea of working together by sharing ideas and resources, and amplifying the voice for the rights of disaster-prone communities. The consortium pledges to highlight the environmental, disaster risk, and development issues of riverine communities living along the river Indus basin and its tributaries in Pakistan

Participatory Village Development Programme (PVDP) is registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860. The organization was formed with a mission to support the poor and disadvantaged communities in improving the qualities of their lives, through encouraging people to organize and mobilize themselves for holistic social change. PVDP is engaged in drought mitigation programme in District Tharparkar and supported thousands of families to make them drought resilient. In year 2010, PVDP started work outside of District Tharparkar for the flood affected communities in severely affected districts of Sindh Province; Khairpur, Thatta, Umerkot, Mirpurkhas, Badin and Sanghar

Laar Humanitarian Development Programme (LHDP) is a non-governmental, not for profit humanitarian and development organization. It has legal entity, established in April 2006 and registered under Societies Act (1860) on June 30, 2006 and is a member organization of Indus Consortium working in different parts of Sindh province. LHDP is local humanitarian organization is working for the upliftment and betterment of the people of remote areas of the country in close coordination with NDMA, PDMA, DDMA and other concerned key stakeholders regarding the empowerment of disaster prone and climate affected communities in different parts of the country.
